 heartbroken .. mood; hopeful. tunes; hell's kitchen. date; september 13th 2009. updates; working on editing/fixing stories, and starting new ones, both with co-writers and my own. Currently: ONLINE OFFLINE MESSAGE? `` COMMENT? `` FRIENDS Helloo. I'm Liz. Uhm. I have a very low tolerance for stupid and rude, otherwise am generally a nice person.. with a quick temper. I like writing my friend(s) into my stories, which generally means that they choose who they want their character to be with and certain other things.. which I should really stop doing. I don't really know what else to put here. I love reading fantasy novels and writing the same types of stories. I'm always up for writing new stories if there's a good enough plot, so if you've got an idea and want to write with someone.. drop me a line? xD CURRENT STORIES: unparalleled catastrophe/ `` blood work/ `` flying with intent to collide a permanent adrenaline rush/ `` yesterday i lived, today i suffer `` living dead girls STORIES IN PROGRESS: the gift of curiosity `` bienvenue à paris `` big damn heroes life after death `` the fountain of youth So.. I generally like to see info about stories before I try to read them, therefore I will do that. And so my profile doesn't look as small. xD ___'for me, killing someone is easy. you have to be able to do it without a thought in my line of work. most ___people couldn't do that, and that's why i make a good female hunter. because i do what needs to be done. ___just like the men. that's why there aren't as many female hunters; emotions had the tendency to get the ___better of them, and it wasn't a guarantee that they could go through with what i could: couldn't hurt, ___couldn't kill. therefore they wouldn't survive.' ONE: Blood Work // active ___Rating: R for violence and language. ___Protagonists: Jayme Terran, Carmen Garrett ___Currently: O N E ___Summary: Supernatural Detective/Hunter Jayme Terran has been 'fighting the good fight' for five years. ___Only she does not consider herself a hero. No, heroes don't understand and can't do what Jayme does. ___Heroes can't kill or accept that people die. [b]She[/b] can. That's why she's good at what she does, why she ___had taken it up a level to becoming a Detective(that and Detective Terran just sounds cool). Okay, so she's ___good. Established. Her latest challenge is to find a serial killer(who turns out to be an urban legend come ___to life) while at the same time trying to save her own life with some help(that she does not want to ___admit she needs) from an old vampire who tested and tormented her in various ways in her past. ___Sounds easy enough, right? You try it. ___if i was going to tease him -- even if it was just this once that i had planned to do it -- none of them needed to ___hear it on purpose. ___smirking, i nudged his arm with my knee. "so i'm stuck with you for the rest of forever, huh?" ___still embarrassed, but trying to joke anyways, he rolled his eyes. "sorry." TWO: A Permanent Adrenaline Rush // semi-active ___Previously Titled: (Woke Animal Feelings In Me) Jacob Black ___Rating: PG. ___Protagonist: Elliot Mitchell ___Currently: T E N ___Summary: Elliot had no problems before the risk of jumping out of her skin and running around with fur ___ started. Her life was fine. but now she has to move with her dad to some place called La Push in ___Washington. Apparently there the plan would be to learn how to accept who and what she was from a ___bunch of guys she had never even met. How weird is that? They don't know her yet they were somehow ___supposed to help. That was going to work how? And she definitely didn't factor in certain attributes that ___came along with this wolf thing. Like, what is imprinting? ___Not only that, but how could anyone learn to accept the fact that they're a monster? ___'a voice intruded on my as-close-to-perfect-as-can-be dream. I say as close to perfect because perfect is ___something that does not exist. It's one of the words that triggers a feeling of annoyance in me. if perfect ___was real then i would be at home with aiden rather than here with zachary. if things were perfect my dad ___would be alive, hassling me to do my homework and be home by curfew. if things were perfect, brandon ___would be burning in that oh-so-deserved spot in hell. ___and if the choice were mine, i'd be the one to send him there.' THREE: Unparalleled Catastrophe // semi-hiatus ___Previously Titled: This Could Be Catastrophic ___Rating: R for violence and language. ___Protagonist: Helena Reid ___Currently: T W E N T Y - F I V E ___Note; After re-reading this, if any of it seems like Twilight to you, it is not. I started the story before I had ___even heard of the books OR the movies. Just so you know. ___Summary: Helena Reid had a reasonably normal life before she was thrown back in time, so to speak, ___and into an arranged marriage. Who did that anymore? Her step-father, to put it simply, is not the best ___'replacement' and her mother, Helena hardly believes that she even cares anymore. So she was forced out ___of her home, city, school, away from her best friends, [i]and[/i] her boyfriend with some lame witness ___protection excuse that she wasn't sure how many people actually believed. In her opinion, they were ___better off telling everyone she was sent to boarding school. She is constantly reminding her 'fiance' how ___much her life sucks, but the more time she spends with him the less Helena hates him. Oh, and by the way. ___He might be a vampire. ___'i grabbed his hand, as we often walked like this in crowds so not to be separated. i looked out to the ___carriages that were waiting to take us to the school. ___"seventh year." I looked up at him. "you ready?" ___"i'm ready for anything." he said looking down at me, giving me that smirk that he had. i'd never found it ___sexy. until this particular moment. ___'god, this sucks.' FOUR: Flying With Intent To Collide // hiatus ___Previously Titled: Without You I'm A Mess ___Protagonist: Helena Reid ___Currently: T W O ___Notes: I had started this story before Unparalleled Catastrophe, so that's why the same name. I had never ___really intended on putting this story here. And having so much done with each, I didn't want to change ___either names. ___Summary:Helena was transferred into Hogwarts at the start of her fourth year after her father was killed ___and her mother took off with her brother. But Hogwarts made her happy, keeping her from the depression ___she probably should have been. And she owed that to Fred and George Weasley, and Oliver Wood, her best ___friends. So, this is her dilemma. She and Oliver had immediately become friends due to Quidditch, they ___were the only ones who listened to the other and would not get tired of it. Though the had never 'dated' it ___was still suspected; they were around each other too much or something. Something was different in the ___beginning of her seventh year, though, and she was not liking the feeling. It felt odd and wrong. He was her ___best friend! She couldn't be falling for him, not like all the other girls. No. She refused to do it. ___Seriously. She wouldn't. ___'it was not yesterday that i lived, but many years ago. back when i spent those years with christopher. ___when i was a real vampire, as he had called the two of us. oh, yes, i lived. anything i wanted, traveling ___the world over, and reveling in the fear that i could draw out of a single person. ___now, today, i am suffering for it.' FIVE: Yesterday I Lived, Today I Suffer // hiatus ___Previously Titled: ___Protagonist: Celia Mason ___Currently: O N E ___Notes: I have one in a human's POV, I wanted one in a vampire's. ___Summary: Celia has problems with humans. Problems being that, well, she's eaten them. Her family never ___had, they don't understand how hard it is to be around them. So the had to switch schools, all because ___Celia had almost lost her cool. Hopefully this time would be different. No conversations. That was the ___plan. No conversing; drive everyone and anyone away. Whatever was needed.. She was doing fine that ___first day, all until that stupid boy decided talking to her. ___'the only two words that came to my very expansive mind for Forks, Washington would be plain and rainy. ___the rain is okay. plain, i'm not so used to. but it's possible for us to be out during the day in public. more ___often. which is usually nice. i find it difficult to choose between being cooped up in a house and going out in ___pubic, possibly reverting to what I used to be. ___it wasn't pretty. believe me when I say that.' SIX: Living Dead Girls // hiatus ___Protagonists: Vicious Parish, Elizabeth Cullen ___Currently: S I X ___Notes: A joint story written with Thrift Store Pirate. My POV is that of Elizabeth Cullen, a character created ___by Thrift Store Pirate. ___Summary: The year is 2070, and the Cullens haven't set foot in Forks since Bella's death over sixty years ___ago. Now, though, it's time for them to return. With their two new additions, and a curious human who's ___lived in the town her whole life that has seen Edward all her life, can they maintain a low profile, or will ___they be the cause of another investigation into a teenager's death? ___"captain swann," her first mate said as he pushed back the curtain to look at her. "you have a visitor." ___"who is it?" she asked, curiosity and maybe a little hope laced through her british accent. ___her first mate just held the curtain back for her to move through. once she had nodded to the man she ___had been fighting with, she did exactly that: swept past her first mate and into the main room of the ___bathhouse. "jack sparrow," he said, following her. ___when elizabeth first caught sight of jack, she couldn't help but smile. not only because she had not seen ___him in so long, but because he was standing in the middle of a large room, unarmed, surrounded by large ___and intimidating men. surely men who had seen before and were not fond of him. ___"captain jack sparrow," she said before he could, smiling again once he turned to her. "well, this is a ___change: you coming to me for assistance." SEVEN: The Fountain of Youth ___Protagonists: Elizabeth Swann, Jack Sparrow, Will Turner, Charlotte Doyle ___Currently: coming soon. ___Notes: I wanted to beat the movie to it. ;) Another thing, the Easter egg at the end of At World's End, it ___never happened. ___Summary: Jack Sparrow escaped World's End, had slipped through Davy Jones' clutches, and survived and ___contributed in a large battle against a fleet of lead by Cutler Beckett, who did not survive said battle. Not ___so bad, if he did say so himself. Jack Sparrow certainly lived up to his name which would be passed on for ___ages. Just the way he wanted. However, there was a problem. A part of the map to The Fountain of Youth ___seemed to be missing. Just his luck. And now he would have to go all the way to Singapore.. again. At least ___this time he wouldn't have to worry about the current Pirate Lord. Elizabeth Swann, Pirate King, would ___not kill him. Another problem. She did insist on joining him, or he would not get the maps he needed, the ___maps that Sao Feng always seemed to possess. So he would take her. Only for the maps. But then, of course, ___they would need the whelp's help and with that, some woman he now had on board. Why did they always ___have to follow Jack wherever he went? That's what he wondered. But Hector was not invited this time, ___and he would not be allowed to intrude. Jack would shoot him and that pestering monkey of his. ___'another thing i am sure of is that i am not the cause of my own non-existence. bad things have --had?-- ___happened to me, but i would never take my own life. these bad things were only enough to make me sad; ___to toss me into my own sort of depression. of course i would smile and be the brave girl that i am. was. i am ___still having difficulty putting myself in the past tense. it isn't a pleasant thing to do. all i know at the ___moment was that i didn't do this.' EIGHT: Life After Death ___Protagonists: Skylar Stanton, Johnnie Match ___Currently: coming soon. ___Summary: ___'twenty-six-year-old Buffy Summers stood in the section of overly sized, and some very colorful Les Paul ___guitars set up for display in front of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame: one of the most beautiful buildings in ___all of Cleveland, Ohio. While beautiful during the day it was nicer to look at at night. The glass triangle ___that was the building was fully lit and stood out from the others, reflecting off the lake surrounding it. ___If only the people who walked across that floor knew what was underneath. NINE: Big Damn Heroes ___Protagonists: Buffy Summers, Angel ___Currently: coming soon. ___Summary: Buffy Summers has taken her place as Slayer on the Hellmouth in Cleveland, Ohio, and she gets ___a surprise when Angel decides to leave the hot, sunny, and overly populated Los Angeles to her city. ___She'll need his help because, just like always, someone who thinks they're 'all that' has decided to open the ___Hellmouth, this time situated under the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. They'll both be shocked once they ___find out exactly who those individuals are. So not only does she have to save the building, but obviously ___the town, state, and world. All over again. It would never get old for anyone, and neither Buffy nor Angel ___could ever get a break, not to mention Buffy getting flashes of what seem like memories of a day that never ___happened.. that she could remember. And last time she checked, Buffy never forgot anything about Angel. ___'i stared at the both of them, slowly leaning forward, elbows resting on my knees. "let me get this straight. i ___get through these.. tests, and am chosen to open Pandora's Box, i basically become a portal with which the ___evils of the world draw strength to manifest." they said nothing which i took as my being correct. ___more quickly than i realized i stood up, the papers once in my lap flying to the floor. "you're signing my ___death warrant!" i yelled. TEN: The Gift of Curiosity ___Protagonist: Casey Weston ___Currently: coming soon. ___Summary: ___'paris was a lovely place if you were oblivious as to what was really going on. that's what valentine is for. ___she was part of a group that kept the city under control. if a vampire killed a human or risked the secret ___they had kept for so long, then they had to be dealt with along with the human. should a vampire kill a ___human, they would have to be terminated. should they tell a human with no intention of keeping them as a ___mate, the human's mid would be erased. ___in other words: if a vampire did not abide by the laws set forth, they would not live to see more than a few ___nights. ___it was a hard and very exhausting job at times, keeping watch over an entire city. but someone has to do it.' ELEVEN: Bienvenue à Paris ___Protagonists: Valentine, Casey Weston ___Currently: coming soon. ___Notes: This is the planned sequel to The Gift of Curiosity. I had an opening and I wanted to use it.
