One word? Tech freak. Wait--that's two. Anyways, if it runs on batteries on plugged in, I know about it. Well, maybe I wouldn't go that far, but I do love tech gadgets (computers in particular.) I just got an iPod touch for Christmas, and I can't stop hacking it to pieces. With help from a highly skilled group of hackers, iPod touch and iPhone devices are able to be Jailbroken, which means they can be hacked to where the user can download games, utilities, and other apps directly to their iPod through the internet. Can you say free stuff? I also own an XBOX 360, two Gateway laptops (one belongs to my mom, but since mine has been temporarily cleaned to the point of being broken (like Nicole Richie being thin to the point of death).
Enough about the electronics. I'm 14 (going on fifteen in a few months--yay! A Driver's permit!), and I live in Anderson--the home of the movie Radio! Not much to do here but go to Greenville and go to Frankie's Fun park. Going back to the technology, I am into art, and aspire to be a Graphics Artist or software designer. I have a Wacom Graphire4 tablet, which is basically a wicked-awesome peripheral for a computer that allows you to draw on screen. It has 512 levels of pressure-sensitivity for awesome paintings.
I guess I should get to the Literature part before I get kicked off the site. I have the coolest teachers, and of course a very enthusiastic ELA teacher. Speaking of my ELA teacher, you should all go watch http://youtube.com/watch?v=Ycbc4fHY1v8. She told my Social Studies teacher, who showed it to our class during a Benchmark Test. ANYWAYS I like writing about stories that happened in my life, particularly the painful ones, such as the "Blue Nemesis" writing I will be posting here soon.
Music. Just got into it this Christmas when I got my iPod touch. I love everything--MCR in particular (Famous Last Words & Dead!), Sean Kingston, and the band everyone used to like and now everyone hates: N*Sync. Just because they broke up, doesn't mean their music wasn't good. To support the fact that I love music that everyone else hates, I like some oldies, like Blue (Da Ba Dee) by Eiffel 65, which ranked 14th on the Rolling Stones "Most Annoying Songs" list. So did N*Sync. Not a big fan of screaming rock (call it whatever you want), but I do like Linkin Park if you put that into that category.
So why am I here, you may ask? After all, I'm kind of poetically challenged, although I enjoy writing a nice limerick, but I guess you can't be really "good" at those. I was referred by my good friend Jessica who goes to school with me (she's in all of my classes). You may know her on the site as x.Lost.Soul.x. Also, my other bestest friend, Audrey, is on here. Here username is Dead Fish.
Oh. And I like to talk about myself, but if you talk to me, I won't be so self centered.

I do not work for them or anything, but I have purchased Microsoft Office there, and I can say that the site is 100% legit and not at all spyware infested.
