About
I'm Corrabell. Well, my given name is Corry, but this sounds prettier.
I wish that I could just get paid to read books. That would be purely amazing. I don't like ketchup and I have a weakness for tv, books, gummy worms, my friends, and interesting quotes. Bach is my favorite composer and Violin concerto in E major - adagio makes me want to go out and buy a violin just so I could play that song.
I am a lefty ninja zombie so don't cross me.
Authors Who I Read:
JOHN GREEN!!! (wow... can anyone say book-gasm!?!?!), Clive Barker, Philip Pullman, Ellen Byerrum, Jaclyn Moriarty, Sarah Dessen, and some others... yeah, and Stephenie Meyer.
<3 I love ENGLISH BREAKFAST TEA <3
Quotes are Fun and Here are some of my favorites:
"Make it work." -Tim Gunn
"You know that when I hate you, it is because I love you to a point of passion that unhinges my soul.” -Julie de Lespinasse
"Those who say it cannot be done should not interrupt the person doing it." -Chinese proverb
"We should all learn to take a lesson from a box of crayons. Some are sharp, others dull, and a few have funny names, but they all learn to live in the same box." - ?
"The logic of the heart is absurd." -Julie de Lespinasse (*hey, guess who my favorite salon running, enlightenment era, romance enduring, passionate French author woman is??*)
"Did you just grab my ass???" -Night at the Roxbury (amazing movie)
"... the stars are holding you tonight." - FM Static, "Tonight"
"Dancing in the moonlight / Everybody's feeling warm and bright / It's such a fine and natural sight / Everybody's dancing in the moonlight" - King Harvest
"A life without love is like a year without summer." - Swedish proverb
"Fate blows hardest on a bleeding heart." - line 16, from "The Wanderer" (translated by Burton Raffel)
“Thousands of candles can be lit from a single candle, and the life of the candle will not be shortened. Happiness never decreases by being shared.” - Buddha
Only twenty four in short so just hold on, hang on tight through these last few and soon this worst day will fade into something new. - Me
If I could live anywhere in the world it would be at Monticello.
I LOVE HANGIN AT THE JERSEY SHORE!!
Quote o' the Week:
“Courage is the discovery that you may not win, and trying when you know you can lose.” - Tom Krause
