I've decided I am going to make a new start.
I'm going to encourage people more and not get involved in other peoples business. I am going to say please and thankyou and swear alot less. I'm slowly reducing my caffiene and sugar intake on a weekend. I'm not going to lie to people. I will be alot fitter than I am currently and I will exercise frequently. I will not jump to conclusions or get angry as often. I wont shout at my family or friends when I get angry with them. I will use less heat on my hair and dye it permanently so I don't have to keep wrecking it. I will smile at peoplein the street and hold doors for anyone.
