My faithful Because Of A Song readers, the past two weeks or so have been hard for me, at least when concerning this story. I originally based the story off of the inside cover of a book I picked up at Barnes & Noble called Audrey, Wait! by Robin Benway. I didn't buy the book, nor did I read a single page of it. I simply took the inside cover and made a story based on what I read. I have gone back and read parts of the first chapter, including the song the main male character wrote for the main female character, Audrey, and realized that it's not too similar to Becaue Of A Song. But even more so, I'm frustrated at how the story is progressing. With Lauren getting a record deal and everything that's happened, there is a lot of time span there. To me, it's beginning to sound like Lauren can't let go of what Joe did after all these months, something I utterly can't stand about the person who, coincidentally, plays Lauren, Taylor Swift. I have huge plans for the story, so I'm hesitant to delete it, but that's sort of where my thoughts are headed. I love you guys, and I know you love the story, so I just wanted to let you know.
