Hey guys! My name is Amanda and I'm 17 years old. I love to read and write, just like I'm sure most of you do. I'm really critical when it comes to my work. I always over think things and I have a hard time with correct grammar. [Not that I can't spell... I just have comma deficiencies.]

Well, let's see. I'm just crazy. There are so many ways I could describe myself, but after awhile it doesn't fit anymore. I'm always changing my mind and I'm never really sure of myself. Most of the time I just want someone to talk to, but I'm always the one to listen. I love with an open heart as much as I can and I love being there for people. I'm not really someone who has everything together, even when it seems like I do. I love myself for who I am most of the time and I hope that never changes. God is my rock and my foundation, but I know I often slip from where I'm supposed to be. I'm someone who is in love with every form of art. I find the world beautiful and I can often be found outside. I love getting into deep conversations with people, even if I've never met them. I'm very opinionated, but I'll keep it to myself most of the time. If you've even been caught in one of my rants you'll find that I can be really sarcastic and rude, but that's just fine with me. I always have music around me. I can't live without my ipod most of the time. I'm in band and I play the flute. I'd like to think of myself as a hard worker, but I know I can be utterly lazy. I'm just a complete paradox.

Yep.... Senior year has started... I have a competition for band this weekend. I've been feeling really creative with my writing lately so I've been working on a lot of my stories. I uploaded the first chapter to The Scarecrow. Hope you enjoy this Halloween treat.
