Hmm..Where should I start?

<<Hello. My name is Lin, as you may already know. Well at least that's what my parents call me. ;-) Words best to describe me are: Smart;), Chubby:P, Bookworm, Nerd, Gamer, Pinay...and...umm...a Writer. ^_^

Since the same info has been posted on my profile for the past month or so, I might as well update this thing.

The top says almost about everything, but here are some extra random info about me;;

'I'll update when I feel like it.' Obiviously, that's my motto at the moment. When I say, 'at the moment', I really mean, 'at the moment'. Like everyone else on Mibba, I've been busy with school and haven't been able to log on with my mom using MY laptop and with a ton of homework in my bookbag that I practically dragged home. But I'll update...Soon. Maybe every weekend or so. You never know. Sorry for the lack of updates.

I'm also described as a 'gifted student' at school, but some just call me a nerd. It's alright, I guess, but I don't mean to brag...I really am smart.
But since my family is the 'typical' asian one, everything is really strict when it comes to grades. One B and my mom gets pissed.

I have a sense of humor. I don't act like one of those nerdy-neat-o-grammar perfect ones. I only tend to use grammar properly when I choose to. Like right now, I feel like using chat speak, but Mibba might screw my account up like the way they did last time in the forums.
So when I'm not working or reading stuff, I like to joke around with my friends. It might not seem like it now but if you really know me up close, well then you'll understand.

The attitude is in my veins. Not really. It's really in the genes.
See, my father tends to get mad at almost everything, like when he got pissed just because his jacket didn't say where it was made. It really was weird, when he started swearing and all, but I didn't want to make matters worse when I spoke up.
AND WELL, VICE-VERSA. I also tend to get mad at certain times, but then sometimes I get mad at my Dad for being such an aggrevated (sp) person.

Tears well up for no utter reason, usually at around when I get scolded at like a little baby. I know I'm such a baby for being this, but I guess I also have it in my genes from my mom, but I hope I'll be as brave as her when I grow up as well.

I also watch Filipino Tela-Novela or what ever shows like that. But I don't have TFC- But I do have the internet!! WOO-HOO! [lol] Anyway...So yeah...I watch stuff like "Diyosa" or "Dyesebel", and other good shows like that. And no, I don't cry in the dramatic parts but when it comes to MMK, that's when the tears well up. *sniff* I wasn't crying just now. 0-0 I have a cold!

Last factoid about me...I think...Is that I'm a bookworm and just love books and I'm planning on making a library of my own. I just have two problemos in my way:
1) I'm broke at the moment 'cause I used up all my money to buy this here wonderful laptop.
2) When I read a book, I tend to buy other books, then forget about the book I was just reading, then so on and so on, until I have a hundred books to finish that are with a miserable, dusty, old bookmark hanging in between the pages.
Like Maximum Ride and the Twilight Saga. :-(
