Spike

Hey guys! My name is Charlotte, but ONLY my parents call me that, everyone else... I'm known as Spike. I'm 19, and live with my parents and brother with pets included. I study art at Northumbria Universty, Newcaslte, England in the cold, harsh north east of England! We rule! The reason I am called spike is because I have blonde hair, a large, long leather duster and a kinda weird attidue like Spike. If you are wondering who he is, type in James Marsters! The guy in my photo! Plays Spike on Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel. Anyway, enough of me..Let me introduce my heroes!

Joe Strummer!


Joe Strummer's sentence "The future is unwritten" has made a lot of changes in my life. In one way, Joe was and still is right. I recently read his biography and the last line in the book was "Get on with it!" Joe would have barked. Now for me, that lat line, made a hell huge crater in my life. Why would you want to sit and complain all the time, instead of getting on with your life?


Mick Jones!

Okay, so Mick has also been a big influence on my guitar playing and has inspired me never to give up, even when your fingers and knuckles are bleeding and everyone is putting you down. Thanks Mick Jones!


Paul Simonon!

When I first heard this guy's name, I was starring at it for a full hour, wondering how to bloody say his second name, then I finally worked it out, after hours upon reading and watching videos. Paul has greatly influenced my fashion idea of the world, before... I would normally dress all in black, nothing wrong. I then wore white jeans, a white shirt, ties and army boots. Paul is now a artist and may I say... His artwork is really fucking fantastic! Like me, Paul loves music and art, what a perfect combination! ^_^.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find any pictures of dear old topper headon, but he is such a good drummer, as is terry chimes... Although topper was a druggie and such, he was diagnosed later in life with a problem that affects 98% of drummers, causing theirs back to arch over in a painful manner. He has taught me that, no matter what is wrong with you, always keep on fighting.

Of course, James Marsters- BRILLIANT actor and also, amazing guitarist and singer!

So yeah, they are my heroes. Green day are also my heroes. Mike Dirnt, with his childhood- a inspiration to us all, Billie with his immense guitar playing and Tre...
