I have made some rules for chatrooms I make on Mibba chat, you must follow them and such things will be recorded.
Chatroom rules:
1) Racism and Sexism is NOT allowed, those who are being racist or sexist will be kicked without warning.
2) You may make racist and sexist jokes as long it is for fun and laughs, not to insult others, if you do it to insult others, you will be kicked, no warning.
3) I will tell you I am going to kick you before I do, if you find it unfair in any way, you may court to fight for your right to stay in the room.
Court: I am Judge and Jury. If you found me going to kick you for wrong reasons, you may fight to stay, you state you case and why you should stay. I will judge it by what you stay and your reasons. If it is a smart ass remark, you can work for being banned, if you are banned, each time you try to enter my room, you will be kicked as soon as you get there. You will be banned for ONE week then may ask for the ban to be released and will have to go through court to tell me why the ban should be released.
4) Room fighting, you may call court on room fighting, this will be when you are having an argument with someone within the room and call court, I will be Judge and Jury. You two must BOTH agree to it for it to work or if I change my mind otherwise. You will both take turns explaining why the OTHER should be kicked from the room. If you win the court, you will be given ONE point. If you get three points, you can deny being kicked, as in, if you have three points and I am going to kick you, you can use those points and NOT be kicked, nor can you be kicked for the rest of the day unless I say otherwise due to reasons. If you get five points, you can ask me to warn someone for you. If someone gets warned THREE times in ONE day, they will be kicked. If you are able to get up to SEVEN points, you can KICK someone for only a valid and good reason. If someone finds your reason not suitable or valid, they can call court on you and fight to their right to let that person stay, the kickee may also call court. If you lose to that court, no one will be kicked but you will lose your points. The one who wins will be gained two points.
5) If you see someone who is not following my rules and call them out to my attention, they will be warned and you will be given THREE points for doing so.
6) Zombies will be warned and kicked if they do not reply after the warning.
Zombies: Someone who joins a room and just sits there.
However, you will be given 10 minutes to read all these rules.
7) Hoppers WILL be kicked if you hop more then once into my room.
Hoppers: Someone who jumps in one room then quickly to another one. If you do it twice, you will be kicked the next time you enter the room. To avoid this, merely say "Sorry, I was looking for someone but they are not here, I am sorry, I go now"
8) You can challenge my rules. If you find something in my rules that is unfair or not right, you are allowed to call that rule or rules out to my attention, if you can prove to me it is wrong and needs to be changed to be more fair, you will be given FIVE points, warning though, if you fail to do so, you will lose FIVE points. If you have no points, you will be thrown into the negatives on the chart.
Chart: I have a chart of names and points for that person.
9) I can and will change rules if I have to. When one rule is changed or added, my room shall say on the topic "Rule change, day 1" It will tell you of new rules for only two days, the last one will say "Rule change, final day" If you were not there for any of those two days and I see you come into my room, I will tell you of the change so you may read it.
10) Insulting. You can insult people in my rooms, if you repeat and reuse very bad insults, you will be warned. If insult over something stupid, you will be warned.
11) Idiocy and Stupidity. I will not allow those, for fun, yes, if you are really acting that way just to annoy people, you will be warned if not kicked.
12) NO SPAMMING! SPAMMERS WILL BE KICKED WITHOUT WARNING!
13) Jury, I can and will add people to the Jury board.
